What is Team used for?

Team lets you invite collaborators to your Zemers workspace and give each person a specific level of access. You can invite people, change roles, remove members, and manage pending invitations.

Can I invite someone by email?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can invite a team member by entering their email address and choosing a role. If they already have a Zemers account, they are added immediately. Otherwise, they receive a magic-link invite by email.

What roles can I choose from?

Accepted Answer

You can choose Admin, Manager, Editor, Viewer, or No access. Each role controls what the collaborator can do inside your creator dashboard.

Can someone else access my payout settings?

Accepted Answer

The owner keeps full control over payouts. Admins can do almost everything the owner can do, except editing payout settings and changing the store handle.

Can I give someone access only to content?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Editor access is useful for people who help with blog, apps, marketing, and media uploads, but should not edit products or clients.

Can I give someone read-only access?

Yes. Viewer gives read-only access to the areas an Editor can open. This works well for people who need visibility without editing rights.

Can I remove a team member later?

Yes. You can remove a member from the Members tab. Removing a member revokes dashboard access immediately.

Can I manage pending invitations?

Yes. In the Invitations tab, you can see invites that have not been accepted yet, resend invites, or cancel invites so the link no longer works.
